These terms govern use of OPD Suite by a clinic that registers for an account, including during a free trial. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the clinic.
New clinics receive a free trial; no card is required to start one. After the trial, continued use requires an active, paid subscription on one of the published plans, or a plan agreed directly with us.
OPD Suite is a record-keeping and workflow tool. Diagnosis, prescribing and every clinical decision remain the treating practitioner's responsibility, exercised under applicable Indian medical regulations — including, for teleconsultation, the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
The clinic owns the patient and clinical data it enters. We act as the clinic's data processor and do not use clinic or patient data for any purpose outside operating the product and supporting the clinic, without the clinic's separate consent.
A clinic may cancel at any time; data export arrangements are made on request. We will give reasonable notice of any material change to these terms or to pricing.
