OPD Suite (“we”, “us”) is clinic and hospital management software provided to clinics and hospitals (“clinics”) as their data processor. Patients interact with the clinic, not with us directly — the clinic using OPD Suite remains the owner and controller of its patient data at all times.
Account and billing details for the clinic and its staff, and the clinical, appointment, billing and communication records the clinic enters or uploads while using the product.
Every clinic's data is isolated from every other clinic's by design at the database and application layer — one clinic's staff cannot see another clinic's patients, appointments or records under any normal use of the product.
Only the clinic's own authorised staff, and — only when a clinic explicitly requests support and for the duration needed to resolve it — our support team, in a logged, time-bound session.
We send appointment reminders and account notices by email, SMS and WhatsApp on the clinic's behalf, using the contact details the clinic or its patients provide.
To access, correct or delete personal data held about you, contact the clinic or hospital you visited directly, or write to info@opdsuite.com and we will route your request to the right clinic or hospital.
