Mobile App

The clinic in your pocket

A patient app for booking and records, and a doctor app for the queue and e-prescribing.

Not yet on the App Store or Google Play. Both apps run today and are used by pilot clinics — store listings are in progress. The Android app can be installed directly; see availability below.
For patients

Everything a patient needs, without a phone call to the clinic

Book with the right doctor, keep every prescription and report in one place, and know exactly what's owed — all from a phone.

  • Book appointments — across every doctor and location the clinic runs, without waiting for reception to pick up.
  • See their records — visit history and reports, always where they last left them.
  • Pull up prescriptions — the exact one the doctor wrote, not a photo of a printout.
  • Check and pay bills — see what's owed without a call to the front desk.
For doctors

The consultation room, minus the desktop

Everything needed to see the next patient — from wherever the doctor happens to be standing.

  • Live queue — today's list, updating as reception checks patients in.
  • A patient's chart — history, vitals and past visits, before walking into the room.
  • Consultation notes — vitals and the exam, written up on the move.
  • E-prescribing — the same drug master and safety checks as the desktop, from a phone.

Where things actually stand

No store badges here that aren't true yet — this is the real state of both apps today.

Android — available now

Both apps install directly on Android today. It's how our pilot clinics are already using them — no Play Store listing yet, so it's a direct install rather than a store download.

Questions

Before you ask your patients to install anything

When will the apps be on the App Store and Play Store?

We're completing store review requirements now. There's no fixed date we're willing to promise — the honest answer is "in progress."

Which plan includes the mobile apps?

Multi-speciality includes them outright. On Starter and Clinic, app access can be added on its own — ask us and we'll price it for your clinic.

Is the Android build safe to install?

It's a direct install rather than a Play Store one, so Android will warn you before installing — that warning appears for any app installed this way, not just this one.

Do patients need the app to use OPD Suite?

No. Booking, records and billing all work from a browser too — the app is a faster way in, not the only way in.
