For hospitals Rate lists

Hospital tariff and rate list management

Price lists by payer, with versions and start dates, and old prices kept, not overwritten.

What it does

Keep your hospital's price lists in one place. Each rate list is for a kind of payer, has a version and a start date, and old versions are kept, not overwritten.

Who uses it

Hospital owners, administrators and accounts staff, who set and check the hospital's prices.

The problem in an Indian hospital

What this fixes

📄

Prices in a spreadsheet

The latest price list lives in someone's laptop, and nobody is sure which version is current.

🔄

Old prices overwritten

When prices change, the old list is lost, so nobody can check what was charged last month.

👥

Different payers, different prices

Cash and corporate patients pay different rates, and staff mix them up.

🛏️

Prices that depend on the bed

A service costs more in a private room than in a general ward.

What you get

What the rate lists screens do

One list per kind of payer

Keep separate rate lists for cash and walk-in, credit and corporate payers.

Versions, not overwrites

A rate list moves from draft to active. A new version replaces it, and the old one is kept as superseded or retired.

Start dates

Each version has the date it starts, so you know which prices applied when.

Prices by bed class

A rate can be set for a bed class, so the same service can be priced differently in a general ward and a private room.

We load your rates with you

During setup, we load your current price lists with your accounts team. Your staff then see every list and its version on one screen. Ask us in the demo what is included today.
