OPD Suite is a product by PRS India, built for independent clinics, small hospitals and multi-doctor practices across India that have outgrown a register book and a WhatsApp group but don't need — or want to pay for — hospital-scale software built for someone else's workflow.
OPD Suite is one system for the things a clinic does every day: booking and queueing patients, writing consultation notes and prescriptions, dispensing from an in-house pharmacy, ordering lab tests, billing with GST calculated correctly at the counter, and — where the clinic sees patients remotely — teleconsultation with the safeguards India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines require. A patient's history, prescriptions and bills live in one place instead of scattered across a paper folder, a doctor's notebook and a pharmacy register that don't talk to each other.
Every record carries the clinic's id and is filtered by it at the database layer. One clinic's staff cannot see another clinic's patients — not as a setting that could be switched off, but as how the data is structured.
Modules are entitlements, not marketing labels — a clinic that hasn't bought a module can't reach its screens or its API routes, and nothing is billed until it's turned on.
Where something is a work in progress — like ABDM, which runs against the sandbox today, not a certified production integration — we say so on that module's own page rather than implying it's finished.
